If you would like to support Children’s Heart Foundation during the holidays, there is something you can do to help—something that will make a real difference. You can Adopt-a-Heart Family.

Each year Children’s Heart Foundation provides holiday assistance to families struggling financially due to a child’s heart condition.  It’s easy to do. We will provide  you with a wish list based on the size of family you would like to adopt, you gather the goodies, and then deliver to Children’s Heart Foundation. Your gifts will then be given to the family you adopted in time for the Holidays.

    Make a donation & we will do the shopping for you! All you have to do is contact us to let us know you would like to Adopt-a-Heart Family & then make a donation online.

Program Details

  1. Contact us to register to Adopt-a-Heart Family.
  2. Once we receive your registration, we will provide you with a family wish list—based on the size of family you wish to adopt.
  3. After you gather the goodies, including a $50 grocery card for their holiday meal, please contact us to schedule delivery.

Donation Refund Policy

We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization please contact us. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

Automated Recurring Donation Cancellation

Ongoing support is important to enabling projects to continue their work, so we encourage donors to continue to contribute to projects over time. But if you must cancel your recurring donation, please notify us.
