This is how it works:
- Sign-up for a Smith’s Rewards Card, if you have not already, by visiting your local Smith’s.
- Then visit Smith's Community Rewards
- “Enroll” and select Children’s Heart Foundation as your Community Rewards Organization. 7-10 days after registering, a percentage of your purchases will go to benefit CHF when you use your Smith’s Rewards Card.
